A friend actually looked into this, the woman arrested in Georgia was pulled over for a broken tail light in Clayton County, and the cops got an arrest warrant when they ran her plates.
They arrested her, held her for a month, then transferred her to Florida to stand trial for the car theft and fleeing the state with an active warrant.
