Home made beef kebab* with garlic sauce, kebab-tomato sauce, fried and salad.

*beef (should also have lamb but could not find any) with spices, molded into a log with foil around it, in the oven for 3 hours on 100C, after its rested preferably over night in the fridge, slice it up, freeze the slices not needed now for later use. The meat is still pinkish so you gotta cook the slices in oil quickly.

Neutral (Turkish) yoghurt mixed with some mayo, grated garlic, had a little bit of caraway spice left from what I used in the meat, salt and black pepper.

Meat looks like this sliced before cooked
fully.



I made almost 2kilos of kebab, the rest I have in the freezer, just pop them in a pan straight from the freezer to cook em.

I know its very basic barely a salad, but thats the point, just a bit of freshness. It is missing whole fefferoni peppers you usually get forgot to buy em.
