I'm not entirely convinced that this is even real. It has all the trappings of Poe's Law: equity instead of equality, people being paid tens of thousands of dollars to come up with this list, framing it as a white versus color thing, and in the top-right explicitly underlying that part of their fee was applying "critical race theory development" to this plan aimed at small children.

The entire thing basically reads exactly like what you would expect if it was created by some right-wing propaganda agency.
