So I've been going through a weird situation with FSD beta since I first got 10.3 a couple weeks ago. Maybe it was in part because no one had tested FSD beta on the roads in my area or something, but I thought it was pretty rough. One example was how the car turned onto the access road outside of my neighborhood. There are two lanes and then a shoulder that is as wide as a lane. The car on 10.3 turned into the shoulder. I reported that error, and it is fixed in 10.4.

And then Tesla had some pretty critical error reports with the 10.3 beta, so they rolled people back to a previous version for about a day. The next day, they rolled out 10.3.1 to fix those critical errors. 10.3.1 broke autopilot entirely on my car. Normally, the indicators on the display that tell you that autosteer and autopilot are ready for use are steady on the screen, but they would flicker on and off. So, I couldn't use autopilot or FSD beta at all. I scheduled a service appointment for them to come out and look at it. They then said I had to bring the car into a server center, but the appointment was pushed out all the way to November 17th. Then they pushed out FSD beta 10.4 for people with safety scores of 98 or above. My car is now completely fixed in the process.

I've noticed it's a bit smoother doing turns in intersections. Still a bit stressful because it doesn't turn exactly how I would. There's still that stressful feeling because I'm not used to exactly how the car will maneuver, but it does the job just fine. It's definitely still not perfect, but 10.4 is much better than 10.3 was.
