A boy has a crush on this girl in his class. Then next year she vanishes and he figures out she went to Hogwarts (or it could any other wizard school for variety)

Kinda similar plot to the manga Mashle.
Mashle lives in a world where non magical people are killed off as babies and so he learns to use his muscles to trick people into thinking he has magic. For example, holding a huge bolder up with his thumb with one hand and pretending to levitate it with his wand in the other hand.
