I read the first book a few years after the first movie came out. I like the concept but people said the book was better. I loved the book. I forgot about it until I started to listen to audiobooks while I work alone 12 hours a day. I listened to every book, including the first one, at work over time and I think Im a big fan now.

Time for some spoilers. There seems to be more to tell listening to the end of Crank Palace. I THINK Dr Page was the one talking to Newt in the Epilogue swearing to get his journal to Thomas. Plus, she confirmed his sister was alive as well. There is definitely more to tell.

I tried to Google if another book is coming but I cant seem to find an answer. Im so ready for it if it actually happens that I wont even bother waiting for the audio version. Ill just buy it on release and read it.

Its only been a little over a year since Crank Palace was released so it might take longer than that to write a new book. I just hope it isnt over yet.

I bet most people here either dont know what Im talking about or are laughing at me liking this series since every book series I bring up, which are few, tends to get shamed lol.

Another thing, any great book series recommendations I can sink my teeth into at work? I have time to listen to them while I do my work and there are probably so many great book series out there Ive never even heard of.

Probably but I never got into that so I dont know the story. I should check that out since its way overdue at this point
