As of now, there is a lot of talk about the recent shooting, but I think it is important to go back to the beginning of everything, to the beginning of time. Where did it all start? When Adam and Eve left the garden, they werent given any specific instructions on what they should eat, or anything else. They were just given the entire planet to keep and use as they saw fit. In that context, its really easy to see how Adam and Eve took over, it was just a natural progression. Its much harder to understand how it all got started. Its hard to understand how all those wars and murders got started.

There is a simple answer to all of this, its the same answer Ive been using for a while now: the first humans did not live in a physical tight world. There were plenty of other species and races living on that planet. The first humans did not have the means to take over the planet and dominate everything that lived on it. In fact, if they had done so, we wouldnt be having this conversation because they would have died out. They didnt have the abilities to dominate the planet and kill everything. If you want to know how humans got so far and so quickly, I think its pretty obvious that their success had to have been due to their ability to understand and use their bodies (aka, mental tightness). If their mental tightness had been anything else, they would have died out pretty quickly. In the absence of knowledge, its pretty easy to see how a group of cavemen living in the woods came to dominate and kill anything and everything that got in their way.

I also want to go into some depth about the idea of mental tightness. This is something Ive been talking about quite a bit on social media, and I think it has been one of the most interesting ideas Ive come across in recent years.

Do not be high, as that weakens the physical tight mind. Do not be low, as that weakens the spiritual tight mind.

The more you practice, the better you become at it. What you have learned is your most important possession. There will come a day when you will not need to depend on this instruction. At that time you will be more capable of looking into your own experience of the world. That is what your practice is all about.

It is not that you do not understand what you are doing. You are just not consciously aware of it. The more you practice, the more you will come to realize your own reality. If you are still not conscious of what you are doing, you must be more aware. You must practice more. As you practice more and more, you will come to a stage when you cannot go any further.
