moltres with this set can duel any tank in the tier so in practice its not really a problem. although if i find that it becomes one once i reach higher on the ladder ill just convert salamence to physical, but i kinda doubt it will

it doesnt have much momentum at all. its all about surviving and whittling the enemy down until snorlax can go insane. once the snorlax checks have been dealt with she kind of just wreaks havoc and wins the game solo

Can you get the same moveset from a Galarian Moltres compared to regular? If the idea is to stall and poke holes until you can setup Snorlax, seems Galarian Moltres' bulk would fit the team better?

it doesnt resist fighting and it doesnt learn roost so not worth for my team

you can do a stall galar moltres with rest talk which is good but its really inferior to subroost moltres for my team specifically

Eh, it would be regular resistant to fighting and you have plenty to deal with fighting (Salamence and Tangrowth deal with fighting really well).

If your concern is fighting, I'd even go as far as to remove Moltres entirely and go with a Pelipper to get the rain up for assured hits with Hurricane.

galar is dark flying, it gets hit neutral by fighting moves

its a good pokemon but i dont think it does as much for this team as default moltres does

That is what I meant. It would be regular.

The major fighting Pokemon to concern yourself with on UU would be Buzzwole, Conk, Keldeo, Kommo. Your particular set with Moltres only REALLY goes hard on Buzz. Conkeldurr doesn't mind taking the status, Kommo is gonna set up, Keldeo is not a great match for it either.

Looking at it, Galar Moltres wouldn't fare MUCH better. It's up to you I suppose but I'd maybe run the Pelipper. While overall it isn't exactly a beast, not much in UU likes taking an assured Hurricane from Salamence.
