I havent beaten it with all characters, only with Isaac Ive done all.

Done all the challenges. Lots of stuff unlocked.

I got platinum god years ago on ps, hopefully when repentance comes out for ps my save is compatible.

If you want to unlock some pre-repentance items then itll definitely be easier to do them now rather than in repentance.

From what I've read about it, it is much harder to completely break the game now, so getting the basic clear marks could be a lot harder, especially in hard mode. I don't think the d20 trick works in Greed more anymore.

If you want to unlock all the achievements, I think it would easier to work on it now. Less items to collect overall, and free shop items (double steam sale) still works.

On the other hand, you won't have the issue a lot of Isaac streamers seemed to have after release. They got so used to have a godlike run, losing that made them sound like little bitches and to learn how to play again. You'll the learn the game as it currently stands, and from what I can tell, yes, it is harder to get completely OP, but also easier to avoid a total trash run due to them buffing some old lackluster items.
