some people can put on muscle easier than others thanks to genetics. A lot of people that get massive gains from roids claim to have those genetics though lol

Working out definitely works, but I did it without using powders and that artificial s***. Steadily gained around 15 pounds, but I've since lost all of that muscle during the pandemic.

Powders? Like, protein powder? That shit is processed, sure, but less processed than a fast food burger.

I can put on muscle or fat really easily, so its like a double-edged sword for me. If youre working out to build muscle and not seeing results, you probably need to eat more.

nah, that's false. if you are a beginner and male you can gain up to 2lbs of muscle a month for like the first year. The non intermediate/elite lifters can gain 1lb a month at the most without steroids.

if you want to gain muscle you need to eat the right foods at a caloric surplus, while lifting weights. Increase your carb and protein intake..

find out how much calories you need to maintain your weight and increase it by 250-500 to gain .5 to 1lb a week. You don't don't need to go crazy and I definitely don't recommend a dirty bulk. Eat healthy.

I would say to expect half the weight you gain to be fat, and thats if you eat the protein and carbs and you are on a good workout program with barbells.
