Shadow Complex is fun but the gameplay is too slow for my tastes. Its perfectly fine considering theyre like the originals but replaying SM recently made me realize i just was young and bad at it when it first came out. I only have two real complaints: the grapple beam in the game controls like ass and some parts of the game were balls hard. I can give it a pass for those though. Almost every Metroidvania out there has some kind of awkward mechanic, and difficulty is relative.
