I watched Martyrs. I don't know why people thought it was so extreme. Maybe for that time but now its like a regular decent horror movie.

A Serbian Film and Martyrs.
A Serbian Film was just plan old bad. It seemed to me as an excuse to just make a movie and be as vile as possible for the sake of controversy or whatever. I did fast forward some parts because the non disgusting parts are pretty boring and c-movie level. Martyrs was disgusting visually and psychologically, but there was a level of depth to it at least. ... Copied to Clipboard!
