Played it wheb it was in early acess and quite new. It was wholesome but not much to do. Is it worth it? Its 75%off on Switch

It's great. I always wanted a sim game like Harvest Moon/Stardew Valley but I kinda hate farming lol.
Portia is just like those games, except instead of farming you're smithing/crafting.

Girlfriend liked it but never finished. Said the upgrading system was too unbalanced, with regards to what gets upgraded. "This thing gets 10 useless upgrades but this other thing would suck less if it had just one more"

A poor mans Harvest Moon/Stardew with more bugs than a Bethesda game. I doubt the console versions have even been touched by devs since release

Im thinking this or Darkest Dungeon, i like DD but I sucked at it when I played on PC, the rng frustraded me.

DD is a better game from a technical perspective, but I had more actual fun with Portia.

Do they have rune factory on switch?

Ive done three 100 hr ish play throughs of stardew valley and want something different.

Rune Factory and Portia are the two things that have been suggested to me.

No idea, never played rune factory. Stardew is kinda sorta similar with the same way that call of duty and the battlefield series are similar

Well Ingot portia, read that DD is bad on Switch with UI and controls, and since I suck at it anyway so. Also last 2 games Dead Cells and Hollow Knight were dark and need me to be good its nice to get a relaxing game.
