But yeh, a mushroom risotto with chicken and chicken based stock (that I had in the freezer when I made chicken stock) which I added plenty of dried mushrooms to get the mushroom flavor in it as well. Every component and the way I cooked them all compliment each other, the flavors dont just mesh together, you can clearly taste most of the things in it. Each bite is a real joy to eat. Man Im not a bragger but my strongest attribute in cooking is flavors and balancing them out.
