How many thoughts do you have in a day? How many are you gonna have tomorrow? Its kinda exhausting to think about

And when youre wrong about something thats a total waste of brain effort to think a whole thing that isnt even correct

I bet back in olden times people only had like 6 thoughts in a day

I feel like I think about way too many things and definitely wonder if constant overstimulation from media and the internet isn't helping. I wish I could turn my brain off from thinking entirely like at bedtime.

People in the old days probably didn't have as much think about but it's also nice now to not have to worry about stuff like starvation or dying of stupid diseases at 30

I think writing your thoughts down certainly helps clear your mind even if it's a stupid thought.
