I've had my head down in school, work and personal stuff for the past few months, so I missed CE's gradual evolution. Surely it has improved and the shitposting/gimmick posting has reduced, right? Pft...

I also have a car now! But as friends have pointed out; I drive like an old lady.

Dealing with horrible back aches, hip and neck pain, insomnia, heartburn, acid indigestion while also juggling my entire workload and one other persons who just quit the team (among 2 other departures but Im not getting their work as of yet). In back to back meetings all day every day while my back screams bloody murder at me.

That's really unfortunate to hear.
Your situation reminds me of one of my friends who's in a similar position. His job is stressing him out and he have really bad lower back pain, stopping him from getting into exercising.

Fortunately for him, he's about to quit that job and I've never seen him more happier. Hopefully something will happen in the near future that makes you that happy too :)

Ooooooh! I thought that was just something you did for kicks, I didn't realize you actually had anger/insecurity issues. Good shit, man. Most people here aren't big enough to admit the problems they have, let alone try to improve upon themselves. Glad to see you're taking the opportunity to work on yourself.

I will say, I wasn't aware that you had "sex issues," tbh. I very vaguely recall a topic you made a long while ago about someone asking you for sex and when you said you haven't done it in a while, she replied with, "You can practice on me."
All this time later, I sometimes think back on that and go, "Damn, that's hot. I should use that on someone."

As for my driving, I go the speed limit and people fly by honking. They booing me cause I'm right, dammit!

Unfortunately Im 6 months pregnant and unable to go anywhere else atm. I have to grin and bear it until I go on mat leave and then figure things out when I get back. Luckily I have several contacts at other companies so if I do come back and this shit hasnt gotten better then I will be giving them all a call.

basically I was a judgmental asexual prude for like 2 years. discovering myself, so to speak, somehow resulted in my libido coming back. after 2+ years of not getting any.

I was definitely using CE as an outlet to be antagonistic and blow off steam at one point for I while when I started posting here regularly some years ago. So yeah, I can definitely relate. I'd like to hope I've gotten better about it, but I do like to post silly stuff here and there.
In fact, the whole reason why I checked to see if my account was even still hear is because I wanted to tell a bunch of dumb jokes that my irl friends are tired of hearing lol

Anyhow, I just started my second semester of grad school. Also teaching a precalc class this semester, and working as a grader for classes in PDEs and complex analysis. Going to be an interesting semester.

Damn, it sounds like you're killing it!
I've been doing art school part time, specifically for creative writing and screenwriting. At some point, I want would love to hopefully go full time and do filmmaking too, but right now I'm taking it slow. The whole Covid situation isn't helping. Plus, the building for the screenwriting classes is located in a different part of town from the main building, so having writing classes mixed with something from the main building could potentially be a huge pain in the ass.
