mine was when I played Medieval Total War (not Medieval 2, the original) as the Muslim Almohad Empire and formed an alliance with Egypt and then by the end of the game, I had conquered all of western europe and north africa, and Egypt had all of Eastern and the middle east. Christianity had been wiped out and all souls that lived in Europe now followed the teachings of Muhammed. The final hold outs were the Irish. they did a rebellion like every 10 years that I had to crush for a while. But eventually they accepted Allah

ffx didnt have the patience to fight dark yojimbo 5 times in a row.

my tactic was to rely on luck. i summon yojimbo and donate around 2k gold each time. got 4 insta kills on first summon in a row. he refused to instakill on the 5th fight so this final fight was fought normally. near the end my party was 1 turn away from death. all i had left before that turn was tidus's overdrive. i won by 1 turn

I'm not the greatest Souls player, but I was able to beat Dancer of the Boreal Valley and Champion Gundyr on my first try in Dark Souls 3.

FFX. Maxing the sphere grid for every character and platinuming it. Still the best game ever made, imo.

A more recent one would be Persona 5 platinum. Back-to-back playthroughs of a 90 hour game.
