More in summer(4-7 times a week) less in winter(2-4 times) Of course certain social events, sweaty shifts at work and such impact this but on average every other day. If I do wash every day/consecutive I sometimes only actively wash my groin/armpit areas and/or hair. Beard is washed once or twice a week usually.
