I think I have some sort of understanding at what your asking, but I feel, like I'll just ramble about something that's way off base, and feel stupid. 2.. I love to spend a lot of time creating characters, and they try to figure out good stories they would fit well in. I'm not so great at world building, or dialog, and I'm only so-so at story telling, but I just love creating characters. This one was really just a joke, since I think that's pretty reductive, but I think it helps to have one thing I can label you as until I learn more too. Sometimes I do, yes. Back in the PS2 days, I had like 10 save cards full of created fighters in Soul Calibur III. I didn't really play the game much, just created characters. Uff. I used to do the same thing, though I really liked that game overall. It's still probably my favorite in the series, since it's nice and fast paced and it doesn't have all the dumb fanservicey things like breaking armor they added later.
