Be the birth, death and resurrection of Christ. We should celebrate that daily and not on those days

Xmas was a combination of astrology, paganism, Krampusnacht and Saturnalia.

Easter is based off a Babylonian story of a dude having sex with his own mom and too afraid to tell his fellow men that he knocked her up. The virgin birth of Jesus and Mary is based off Venus/Cupid (Roman), or Aphrodite/Eros (Greek), or Tammuz/Ishtar (Babylonian). Eros is where the word "erotic" originated from, as a young boy was considered the most desirable by the population of that era. The word "romantic" is based off the idea they considered, that there was no love stronger than that of two men. The eggs and rabbits are meant to symbolize fertility and sexual deviance, it has nothing to do with the resurrection of Jesus.

Holidays in general are scams and pointless, you shouldn't dedicate a specific day to do something like declare love, be thankful for family or dress up like a weirdo. Do that on your own time, whenever and wherever.

It's a thin layer of "Jesus!" paint on Saturnalia, with bits and pieces of old European pagan winter stuff tossed in.
Easter is similarly a rebranded Passover, with bits and pieces of old European pagan spring stuff tossed in.
