I'd say pretty low since the licenses for both of them are likely pretty complicated for games now.

No.
1. Villains are too strong for generic shounen protagonist, Donald, and Goofy to even remotely stand a chance against. 2. Doctor Doom and Palpatine are too smart and would end up playing Xenahort or whatever his name is like a fiddle. 3. If for some reason the above two factors were blatantly disregarded and villains weakened and dumbed down for the sake of fitting in KH, the backlash would be massive. Do you really want to see what happens if Thanos loses to the Power of Friendship? They've explained before that putting in stuff like Marvel and Star Wars would be a licensing nightmare. I mean, it took them almost two decades to even get Pixar stuff in, and the Toy Story world alone took 3 years worth of back-and-forth negotiating.
