Actually I'm not sure? The Galarian Farfetch'd is holographic but I don't know if V or Vmax are considered more rare than just "rare".

also YES, I would love if any card could be a shiny version of the pokemon. As it is I think there's only Shiny Raichu, Celebi, and Charizard- but those are all from pretty old sets.
