it happens like once a year or something. I'll just suddenly get blocked from gamefaqs but only on my phone. it just happened again. I can still post on my laptop. They give me some message about programs in the background that might make gamefaqs upset but I don't have any weird programs on my phone. I just use Chrome with nothing added to it. and it says it's my IP that is blocked yet the laptop is on the same ip and it works fine still. they give me an option to click a thing agreeing that I will "stop abusing the site" but I don't want to do it cause I have no idea what I actually did. so I wouldn't actually change anything and if I click it to make that pledge and then it keeps pissing them off, they might permanently block me. so whenever this happens I just wait it out and like a few days later it's back to normal. but its annoying.

I get that once in a while, seems like Ghostly or Brave makes it freak out.
