Lack of mask might be part of the issue(doubtful) He might have a intense nasty smell if his clothes are badly soiled or he has been unable to bathe in awhile A business does have the right to deny service. If they tell him to leave and he doesnt that is trespassing, That said without 1(and even then if someone else was buying he probably went straight to a table making it mostly moot) especially 2 its a huge ass dick move and a waste of police time.
