it is kind of concerning in a way. like how many more "rising gop stars" have busted? I'm thinking Eric Greitins and those young faces that get pub but don't get anywhere because frankly they aren't smart or skilled... like I'm expecting this of that guy in the wheelchair from NC. On the one hand I'm skiddish about making fun of politicians who could doom us all one day but I also wouldn't be surprised if Dan Crenshaw and their ilk fade out. It's the senators that seem to stick around and cause the most trouble.

Gerald Ford's still the last person to eventually become President after serving in the House isn't he? And even then he wasn't even elected lol (and he wasn't even elected as the Vice President despite being that either).

Seems like no one in the House gets anywhere without moving on to something else. So for someone like Crenshaw that pretty much requires the GOP to maintain (or at least reacquire) power and him moving in to some other position, because he's not replacing Cruz or Cornyn anytime soon.

Pretty much no one in the House gets anywhere without moving on to something else. So if anything someone like Josh Hawley is infinitely more "dangerous" than Crenshaw is.
