i can't really relate to people saying lonely or bored or whatever since i thrive better alone than with people. always have been a loner and very comfortable on my own. plus we live in the era where it is easiest to find yourself a distraction while at home. literally millions of hours of entertainment on your fingertips.

miss your friend? use fucking discord or any one of the gazzillion video call/chatting software exist in the world. want restaurant food? use one of the gazzillion food delivery services exist in the world.

i am saying this to people who still go to the pub/mall/cafes/ etc.

not counting people who still go out because they must,of course we still need to go out once in a while to buy essentials like food or people who cannot work remotely, etc.

seriously it isn't hard at all for me. why are people breaking self-isolation for dumb shit like going to the bar and meeting people in enclosed, air conditioned room even when everyone is wearing mask, it's still a melting pot of infection.

can't distance communication do the job? i chat trough whatsapp with my mom every day, chat with people on discord, etc they does the job filling social need all the same.
