I mean let's take a look at supply and demand
Like I can imagine the following being a grade 7 quiz question: "What affects the price of housing in an area" a) Supply and demand b) People's feelings c) Trump I'd think most kids would get this right Instead on CE you see answers like "yeah well why can't housing be free huh people should be able to buy 1 bedroom condos on minimum wage it's not FAIR" --- JOBS!
