I can't find anything that tells me how many normally close

This article on 2017 https://www.fastcompany.com/40531146/its-not-just-retail-restaurants-are-closing-too shows that there was a net loss of 10k restaurants, but doesn't say how many new restaurants were open

Obviously 16k in a few months is bad just trying to gauge how bad.
