Yeah but why dont they just get more men to overwhelm the crowds and grab every single one of them and put them in buses or vans and keep them in jail for a week? This wont stop until they do that.

There is not enough room in the jails probably. They COULD build temporary detention centers if they were feeling frisky, but that would create a ton of risk with a pandemic going on.
