Congrats, you two didn't educate yourself on mask usage and decided to speak out your ass because you thought you got him in a gotcha moment when you put yourself in a gotcha moment. Educate yourself please, it will help everyone. A family by themselves who are already social distancing don't need to wear masks all the time. It's when you are in close proximity with others that you need them on. There, now you are up to speed. A man in an empty 40,000 seat park doesn't need to wear one, just like you can go out an about in your own yard and not need to wear one.

I agree with that. Nobody hates Fauci. He's just another bureaucrat. My personal beef is that he is pumped up as this immortal god of science, all-knowing and ever-seeing, when no, he's out there politicking and lying with the rest of them. This is indisputable. Rand Paul has taken him apart several times, with ease, yet it doesn't put a dent in the cult-worship that has grown around him.

I love when people make these vague, broad comments without providing any examples or support for it.
Rand Paul is an absolute idiot, who recklessly went about his normal schedule while awaiting his Covid results (and then ended up testing positive for it).
He's made a number of claims that were at odds with science - there wasn't going to be a surge in the virus, that you could safety open up the economy, ignorant comments on vaccines, etc...

It's absolutely embarrassing that Trump grossly mishandled the Covid approach, ignoring the health and scientific community. Now mental gymnastics of epic proportions are being performed by Republicans in order to absolve Trump of any responsibility and somehow pin it on Fauci.

As for the TC - Do you actually think before creating a topic?

Theres no end all be all to health. Its constantly changing and evolving, and he acknowledges this in the role hes in. Again, which is just one piece to a much larger 10,000 piece puzzle that is the public health sector.

I remember the license plates of my parents' cars from when I was a kid. I remember the first time I ever swore when I was 3 and the entire context behind it. I remember in kindergarten when I was first learning to write, I thought that I had to put hyphens in between each word because I didn't know about spacing yet. I remember that the favorite playtime games of my friends in preschool were "swordfight" and "guns." I remember raising monarch butterflies in first grade and an entire batch of them (several dozen) that we had at one point all died from parasites. I remember falling on my face when I was like 4 in one of those kiddy flintstones-type car things and smashing my teeth. I remember when my parents were having a new house built and we were visiting the site (in the middle of the woods) and I found a used condom on the ground before I had any idea what it was.

Imagine having a memory so inferior to mine that the fact that you somehow find it outlandish that I remember a user known for making a fool of himself doing exactly that merely a year ago...
