Left wrist has some inflammation, so Im on antiinflamatory and pain killers and I wear this wrist guard thingy

My right big toe joint hurts, damaged it 2 years ago and Ive found out it has permanent strain injury and start of arthritis.

My D has a small sore it, iches and stings.
