I cant recall a cause. It seems imflammatory but Ive taken Brufen, which is 800mg ibuprofen per pill. One a day and still no improvement. Hurts more with twisting motions. Bit stiff, lesser strenght, when the pain it bad it hurts along the arm to my elbow.

Yeah and my righr foot big toe I injured 2 years ago still isnt fine, and I learned recently I have permanent strain injury and start of arthritis in a joint there.
