1. Guy looked like a student coming back from class
2. Was already on the ground and was told to "get on the ground"
3. Got fucking tasered for moving his arm
4. Told to "stop resisting" when they had his head in the pavement and like 10 officers on him

I can't wait until the police is reformed and replaced globally with non-violent community based de-escalation teams

He was scared and terrified by people pointing guns and shouting at him look how heavily he's breathing he was confused and scared for his fucking life he wasn't thinking straight

Well we have a lot of international students and shit here so that's very possible the guy was scared out of his fucking mind and look what the police did we need to defund them and replace them with non-violent, community based, volunteer based de-escalation and counseling teams
