Any insight into why they have so many cases? They're half the population of Ontario but twice the number of cases and actually still increasing when every other province including Ontario is now on the decline

If Quebec is starting to open up again that means I might be back to work soon. I'm currently laid off due to lack of work.

I'm in Ontario but the place I work supports the Quebec construction industry quite a bit.

Ontario is starting to open up some businesses slowly. If trends continue, we can enter that first phase of reopening at the end of May and then even more will open. Good news from there and even more reopenings in the 2-4 weeks that follow. So the next 1-2 months, if things continue in the direction they're going, should see a good amount of reopenings.
