So now I'll wait until other people start leaving when the breaks are over(the reason I always get back to work 4 minutes before everyone else is because the clocks at work is 4 minutes ahead of everyone else's clocks which goes after Internet's time).

Because I bet people think I'm really weird for always going back to work 4 minutes before everyone else.

I'm also going to try to show more facial expressions whenever I talk with someone or when we just happen to walk past eachother and/or look eachother in the eyes.

I can guarantee no one is paying attention to when you get to work or leave from breaks.

These kind of topics seem to always go the same way. The TC says something, advice is given, the TC ignores all advice and nothing changes.
Just as with your last topic I'll say the same again. Stop trying to please people and know it's ok to be yourself.

Two of my coworkers frequently points out that I do though.
It was kinda funny at first that they said to me "No Leet, it's a few minutes left of the break.", but it has started to feel kinda weird.

I never did it to get attention from anyone.
It was mostly just me wanting to get back to work because I really like doing my job.

But I think telling them 'Because I love my job' would seem kinda weird to them too.

I mean, is it really that weird that someone god forbid actually enjoys doing their job?

I'm not ignoring anyone's advice.
I make these topics so I can get my thoughts out and maybe get some feedback on them from you guys.

I feel like TC will leave mid conversation to get back within 4 minutes or some weird shit he's not telling us.

There is no way people would notice something so minor otherwise.

Locking eyes isn't a big deal, it happens, you might be just making it kind of deal in your mind. Being expressive in conversations should come naturally, like you're acknowledging what someone said or you found it amusing, idk, I guess you shouldn't be be straight faced going "yeh" all the time but you shouldn't exaggerate your expressions either.

The problem that I often have is that I often need a moment or two to think of a response and if I'm too fast I'll end up with a really dumb response that I immediately regret.
It's oddly easier to make facial expressions when I'm not talking though.

A guy at work told me once that I always makes him smile whenever we meet and that I have this contagious positive vibe to me.

I didn't really expect a compliment like that from anyone but it did feel really good to hear that.

I think I'm gonna try to be more like that from now on and that I'm gonna try to not walk away from people whenever there's too much chatter.
I can try to just say something every once in a while and if I don't... Well so be it then if I'm not really contributing to the conversation, at least I'll listen to what they're saying.

I assume you go on break when break starts. You go when the work clock says lets say noon. Then you go back when the clock says 12:26. You just cheated yourself out of 4 minutes unless you have to clock out and clock in for break. 30 minutes is 30 minutes and the clock being 4 minutes off does not change how long 30 minutes is. So yeah if you go when the work clock says you should come back when the work clock says. If you go on your own clock then you should come back on your own clock. Going to the work clock and coming back on your own screws you and going on your clock and coming back on the work clock screws your company.

In short you should go when the work clock says and come back when the work clock says. That way you get your full break and you are doing what you are supposed to do per your company. Everyone wins.

Exactly. Why can't my coworkers follow the rules?

My phone is set after the work clock but everybody else's phones are after the Internet time(as well as the clock in the break room).

So every break goes down like this(I take the 8am break as an example):

When my clock(and the clock everyone goes after in the workshop) is around 7.55, everyone goes for a break(its a large building it takes a couple of minutes to get to the break room).

The break is 15 minutes long and I head out when my phone is 8.15 and the rest waits until the break room clock(and their phones) is 8.15 which is an additional 4 minutes of break time.

I think it's kinda wrong to follow two different clocks that are set on two different times(we only clock out during the lunch break which is 30 minutes long).

For some reason it has gotten kinda awkward to always head out before everybody else.

So I'll guess I'll also start having longer breaks until the boss finally fixes the darn clock.

Seriously, most all are gossipy fucks about the most trivial shit and thats just the stuff people feel comfortable talking behind others back in front of me.
