Are you playing the first one? I think at this point you're just gonna need lots of antidotes. Don't forget to stock up on teardrops when you can buy them too. The different towns have different buy and sell modifiers. The first town buys and sells quite cheaply. Shops that sell items expensively, also buy highly too.
