The Bank of Oklahoma sued a cannabis dispensary called Dank of Oklahoma for alleged trademark infringement in Oklahoma federal court.
The dispensary also uses a polygon logo and text font in ads that are similar to the banks federally registered trademarks, according to the banks Wednesday complaint.
The bank said it became aware of the ads based on a wave of customers and employees complaining to BOKF about Defendants billboards and signage. It called the dispensarys alleged use of its trademarks inconsistent with BOKFs reputation for providing high quality, dependable financial services and illegal under federal law.
