IMO, Communication. Ask questions and engage them in ways that helps them become better artists. More importantly, speak in terms they can understand. How would you describe yourself? I'm Straightforward and easy to be around. What's your favorite position to work in? Mine is The Core. Why is that? It's the smallest machine in the world. All I have to do is build a central hole that allows me to load and unload tubes of paper.
