From your experience, how have your CMAs compared to your appraisals in the past? Usually pretty similar?
Everything is looking good right now and we are halfway through the process on buying a condo thats about 15 minutes from Red Rocks. We are buying it for $260,000 and the CMA had a lot of similar homes to compare too and showed an adjusted low ball value of $260,600, so I think we are looking good.
