God damn, imagine you have a freshman-in-college daughter and some fuckface murderer takes her away from you. My sisters best friend died at age 19 from some dumb asshole driver high on substances. Because he is a minor?Sounds like they didn't have sufficient evidence to charge him and NYC doesn't have a great history of charging black kids with grisly crimes without evidence. --- I have no idea whether or not he's a racist, but apparently there are recordings of him using racial slurs so it's a distinct possibility. ...
