Apparently Washington warned about forming political parties. and said we shouldn't do it. but we did it anyway. and now we are what we are....

I wonder how history would have played out and what itwould be like now, if we had heeded his warning

Probably a lot better, but people still naturally congregate into groups. So it wouldve happened regardless. I at least think the two party system is horrible for us. Itd be nice to have multiple larger parties at least.

With the way democracy (in general) is structured, parties are inevitable.

We wouldve been better off than having a party make baseless accusations and costing taxpayers billions on a bogus trial because they are butthurt about taking the L 3 years prior.
