Garth Ennis's Punisher run (especially the Punisher MAX stuff, even though the pre-MAX Punisher stuff like Welcome Home Frank was awesome).

Also...
Mike Grell's Green Arrow run from 1987 till 1993. Mike Grell's Green Arrow is the best Green Arrow.

Eh... I don't know. I felt like Ennis had been jerking off to Miller's Dark Knight. Still fun to read, but too derivative in tone.

Miller's Daredevil.
Claremont's entire run on Uncanny X-Men
Moore's Swamp Thing

I'm relatively new to comics, read some as a kid but not seriously. Been reading intensely since August this year. Standout runs for me are Grant Morrison's Doom Patrol and Doug Moench's Moon Knight.

Gonna have to go with Bendis/Bagley. Really most of anything Bendis. I may be one of the few who enjoyed House of M.
