Hulu or Netflix?

I haven't had Hulu in a minute - so I don't know what its current state is like. Same with Netflix.
But in the past Hulu was miles ahead of Netflix with its Criterion collection and Full Moon collection -- plus they've always had a better selection of independent/lower-budget horror films (and not the straight to DVD stuff that there's like hundreds of on Amazon Prime). Hulu also has a much wider variety of television shows.
Also never been a fan of most of the Netflix exclusives.

Diet or no?

Diets or diet flavored things?

As for diets - strict restriction usually leads to yo-yo dieting. Nutrition counseling should be individualized. Not everyone is capable of the same changes at the same capacity. Finding out what's attainable and sustainable is what's important -- figuring out small lifestyle changes a person can make and keep up with, so it doesn't feel as daunting and doesn't feel like major change. I know people say the same thing about exercise, "do what's fun for you physically, and it won't feel like exercise."

Diet flavored things I'm a fan of, but I know they can lead to metabolic disorder and just overall mess with your metabolism. The artificial sweeteners "causing cancer" isn't the issue -- Splenda isn't carcinogenic and the other non-nutritive sweeteners you'd need a ton for it to actually significantly increase your chances of developing brain cancer. Ideally they're fine in small amounts, and can be great for diabetics or anybody who needs to watch their sugar intake -- but in large amounts they can be just as harmful by affecting your metabolism. I'm a hypocrite, though, and I drink tons of them and it probably doesn't do me any favors.
