Imgur has put in blocks preventing us from doing so. They do have an embed code that they provide, but it's clunky and causes issues with load times so we are choosing not to use it. Moving forward, if we detect an imgur link, we'll convert it to a format that users can still clickthrough to see (that is to say, that doesn't link to the image directly). Unfortunately, it's the only option available to still allow users to at least link to images on their domain without having the image be blocked.
