80/80

it sucks -__-

i have a ground floor room too so it is def like 1000x more susceptible to them coming in. had one in my room at the end of august, never got caught but problem seemed to abate...fast forward to saturday and have another (or the same?) one here again.

another housemate followed up with the landlords agent in january when this first happened and he fobbed her off but i've followed up with him again asking the landlord do something cos, again, it sucks and it's really fucking with my sleep and yknow use of the property.

Yeah weve got a bad mice problem at the place we just moved to. And its a hoarders house, so were sleeping on the floor while we clean stuff out. One ran over my roommate the other day.

She even thought it might be a rat.

lol i have considered that

i feel like this is something that's often presented as an issue you need to 'man up' in relation to and tbh i resent that!!!

also, fwiw, it's definitely a structural issue. the agent has actually admitted as much in a previous email chain and basically just tells people that it's their responsibility and ignores follow up lol.
