Like when we colonize the entire solar system can there ever be a single solar system wide internet? Could people on 2 different planets send emails or even play a game?

Sending emails or anything else non time sensitive could be done.
You could probably play a slow turn based game like chess over the course of hours to days depending on how far you were from each other (for example, earth and mars are like 5-20 mins away in terms of a light speed signal depending on their orbital positions) A solar system wide internet would probably have local servers caching most of the information at each settled planet/station for quicker access, and updates would happen periodically between worlds --- Posted from my iPhone 8 ...
