Ohio State University?
it's both just a big O. living on the west coast and my parents going to Oregon, I always assume OSU is for Oregon, but 9 times out of 10 I find out I am wrong and it's Ohio. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I like when they call the University of South Carolina SCAR so as to not get it confused with the real USC here in Southern California.

Well for one thing, Ohio State University prefers to be called THE Ohio State University, or The OSU.
