I've studied the blade

Besides, most of the time when I've cooked something I have never eaten I've done it pretty well. I've yet tasted a restaurant ristto as well as mine for example. First time I made it, I had never tasted it before.

Add asparagus. I think they pair well with scallops in a risotto.

Oh yeah that's a good idea, tho I may need to rethink my stock flavors, I'll prob try to make it taste less shellfishy.
