Current Events > how about this idea for a video game about fighting giants?

Game would be based on ancient jewish myths about giants from the bible. the game is set before the biblical flood. and you live in a world where normal humans live alongside (and in fear of) a race of massive beings. maybe they are like 20 feet tall or something. and very strong and powerful. some giants wipe out your village at the start of the game, and you are the only survivor. so then you vow to destroy them. like a stone age Punisher.

it would be an action game, maybe could have some light rpg elements. open world letting you roam like all of the ancient middle east region from the bible at least. Israel, Egypt, etc places like that would be in the game. there would be normal giants in the open world to fight and various types of minor enemies. some might be humans working for the giants. boss battles would be specific leaders of the giants. kinda like how they do boss battles in the Assassin's Creed games

they could either keep with the concept of this being all fantasy mythology. or maybe there could be a twist where the supposed "angels" that mated with women to make the giants are actually aliens like in some conspiracy theories

IMO, a video game in this day and age with bible anything won't be popular no matter what but I could be wrong?

Bayonetta basically contains the most accurate depictions of angelic figures out of any video game ever made. It can work, you just have to hide the influences.
