Prob doing it the wrong way, but yeah. I haven't been as hungry, and I think my stomach has shrunk too so I can't eat as big portions anymore. I also try to think about what I eat. I still do have unhealthy munchies, but my other daily food is less calories.
The reason I'm sure it's prob the wrong way is that I may miss out on essential nutrients. Since I'm pretty much skipping some meals sometimes, or eating meals that doesn't have essential nutrients. Maybe it won't be "as" bad since I'm a fatty and my body can compensate for the energy at least, but I still need the micronutrients. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

you're not missing out on nutrients, fam. if you're that worried about it then just take a multivitamin everyday
